Swordfish by Mark Psaila

Ingredients:

  • Swordfish
  • Baby potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Lemon
  • Salt (rock)
  • Pepper

Method:

Boil the potatoes in the water salted with the rock salt. Heat a few drops of olive oil and loads of garlic in a pan. Lightly seal the swordfish on both sides. Place the boiled potatoes and the swordfish in the oven for a couple of minutes. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
Cooking time: 15/20 minutes.
