Biscuits with Yoghurt and Sultana
Ingredients:
- 125g margarine
- 100ml yoghurt
- 35g cornflakes
- 80g nuts
- 150g self raising flour
- 80g pieces of chocolate
- 100g sugar
- 1 egg
- 25g coconuts
- 100g sultana
Method:
1. Melt the margarine and add the sugar.2. Place all the ingredients together and mix everything until the mixture becomes like dough.
3. Roll the mixture and form it in a tall cylinder then cut it into circles.
4. Place a baking sheet on a dish, set the mixture on it leaving a space of 6cm in between the biscuits. Then place the dish in the oven.
5. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180°C.
