Ingredients:

  • 125g margarine
  • 100ml yoghurt
  • 35g cornflakes
  • 80g nuts
  • 150g self raising flour
  • 80g pieces of chocolate
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 25g coconuts
  • 100g sultana

Method:

1. Melt the margarine and add the sugar.

2. Place all the ingredients together and mix everything until the mixture becomes like dough.

3. Roll the mixture and form it in a tall cylinder then cut it into circles.

4. Place a baking sheet on a dish, set the mixture on it leaving a space of 6cm in between the biscuits. Then place the dish in the oven.

5. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180°C.

Difficulty: Easy

Instead of baking the traditional plain or chocolate biscuits, this is a different recipe which consists of yoghurt and sultana.
