  Restaurants that I visited lately with a friend was the Blue elephant. The asian food was excellent as usual though pricey as quality ingredients are used. I stopped going to chinese restaurants in malta (even the nice ones at Valletta Waterfront) as their food all tasted the same as if everyone is buying the dishes from the same retailer, but this is not the case with the Blue elephant.
  For a restaurant in a five star hotel (the Hilton) I expected the service to be faster at times (eg issuing of bill). The ambience is superb and service always comes with a smile.
