Zalza tal-bżar aħdar (green pepper salsa)
Shallow fry one chopped onion, two chopped peppers, 3 cloves garlic, 3 chopped tomatoes; season; simmer till thick; add 2 tbs capers, 1 tbs balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, chopped fresh parsley and basil; nice served hot or even better, cold! Nice served with fish and chips!
