Pulpetti tal-laħam (Pork and beef patties)

Process till smooth 500g pork and beef mince, 1 onion, 1 slice bread, fresh thyme, rosemary, sage, parsley, pinch ground cloves, seasoning, 1 egg , (optional some sausage meat).  Form into patties, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry or bake till golden.
