Pudina tal-ħobż bil-butir(Bread and butter pudding)
Spread 6 slices of bread with light butter; lightly grease a dish. Line the bottom of the dish, buttered side down, spread with some nutella. Add 2 sliced and peeled apples, some cinnamon, some golden raisins, and drizzle with some golden/maple syrup. Place more buttered slices spread with more nutella, to completely cover the apple layer, place buttered side up. Sprinkle with more raisins, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbs demarara sugar and drizzle with some more maple syrup. Pour one mugful of skimmed milk on the bread; beat four eggs add some more milk to the eggs, and pour over the pudding. Bake in a moderate oven (electric fan 150) for about 30 minutes.
