Pork chops or chicken in an easy bbq sauce

Easy bbq

Mix together 6 tbs ketchup, 6 tbs mango chutney, 2 cloves garlic chopped, 1 tsp ginger, 2 tbs soy sauce. Coat chicken drumsticks. pieces or pork chops leave to marinate for about  an hour and cook in a moderate oven for about 45 minutes.
