Patata bil-kemmun (cumin spiced potatoes) by Sandra Hammett
Peel and chop in evenly sized cubes 6 potatoes; boil for ten minutes till cooked but still firm; drain and cool; chop 4 garlic cloves,a handful of parsley; mix with potatoes and add 4tbs olive oil, 2 tbs chilli vinegar, 3 tbs cumin seeds, 2 tbs ground cumin, 2 tbs paprika, juice of half a lemon, seasoning. Mix well and stir once again before serving chilled.
