Mediterranean Tagliatelle

Fry in some olive oil one chopped onion, four crushed garlic cloves, one chopped green pepper, one thinly sliced courgette, 6 sun-dried tomatoes (chopped), 3 tbs capers, some whole olives, chopped fresh parsley and basil.  Add seasoning.  Process a large handful of basil, half a cup olive oil, 4 tbs grated parmesan and 8 cloves of garlic (pesto).  Boil tagliatelle, sieve and add 4 tbs of the pesto mix.  Serve the tagliatelle topped with the veg. mix and chopped fresh herbs.
