Jumbo burger

Buy the leanest burgers you can find or alternatively make your own (mix 500g mixed lean mince, 1 pkt back bacon, 1 onion, some fresh breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, parsley, nutmeg, seasoning, soy and worchester sauce;  process and shape into burgers). Dry fry, bbq or grill burgers.

Fry or grill some sliced onions; fry some mushrooms in olive oil and garlic, season well.  To assemble put burger first then top with the onions, slice cheese, mushrooms, crisp chopped lettuce, two slices beef tomatoes.  Nice served with mayonnaise or some tomato chutney/relish.
