Walnut Cake by Karen MIfsud’s

Ingredients:

  • 250g butter
  • 250g sugar
  • 250g eggs
  • 250g flour
  • 50g walnuts
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • grated lemon zest
  • few drops vanilla essence

Method:

Mix butter with sugar well with an eletric mixer then mix the eggs,essenceand zest lower the speed then mix the flour and baking powder then fold the walnuts in.bake for about an hour 170c
