Torta tal-Coconut by Karen Mifsud

Ingredients:
- Ingredients
- coconut tart
- 200g coconuts
- 200g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 120g butter
- lemon zest
- few drops vanilla essence
Method:
Mix all the ingridients together,line a 28cm tart tin with sweet pastry in mine i did a layer of jam but its optional and spread the mixture on top.bake 175c until golden.
