Ingredients:

  • 150 grm fresh cut parsley
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 grm toasted crushed pine nuts
  • Olive oil

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together and then put them in a food processor.
Hence garnish with some basil leaves on top.

Difficulty: Easy

This sauce is used with any type of pasta. Pesto originated from Genoa in Italy and consists mainly of garlic, basil, pine nuts, olive oil and Parmigiano -Reggiano.
