Penne with Maltese Sausage


  • 500g Penne, cooked according to package
  • 3 Raw Maltese Sausages, skin removed to
    resemble mince meat
  • 4 Tomatoes, seeds removed and chopped
  • 2 Spring Onions, (small or 1 large) chopped
  • 2 Spring garlic, chopped
  • olive oil
  • parsley
  • 2 Maltese Peppered Goat's Cheese, coarsely shredded


Add some olive oil to a pan and fry the garlic and onions until soft. Add the sausages meat and fry, breaking any lumps. Add the chopped tomatoes and parsley. Mix in the pasta. Serve with topped shredded Peppered Goat's Cheese.
