Pasta with seafood by Jamie Doyle
Ingredients:
Canned crushed tomatoes or your own sauce with mixed seafood (your choice)Method:
Saute Garlic in olive oil over medium heat till slightly golden. You can either leave it in or take it out. Prepare your sauce to your usual taste and simmer for approximately 1/2 hour with lid slightly on an angle to allow steam to escape. Add your desired seafood. Mine would be mussels, clams,(in shells or out) octopus, calamarie or a seafood medley. Simmer for a further one to two hours. Serve over spahetti (because it is a thinner sauce so it was adhere to the pasta.) Serve with fresh crusty bread and enjoy. (I like to keep the shells on because it makes a great spoon.)
