Ingredients:

  • 16 fl oz. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley, chopped fine
  • 3 lg. cloves fresh garlic, crushed
  • 4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Method:

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a jar. Let stand for at least two hours before use. The dressing keeps well in the refrigerator and can be used on salad, in pita bread or wrapped in thin, flat bread.
