Mussels with parsley


  • 2kg of mussels
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Clean the mussels well and heat them in a pan to make the shells open. Place them on a serving dish, after having removed the upper half of the shell. Pour on a dressing of oil, garlic and parsley (finely chopped), lemon, salt and pepper.
