Ingredients:

  • 600g of minced beef
  • 150g of breadcrumbs
  • 100g of grated parmesan
  • 200g of cooked ham
  • 200f of fresh caciocavallo cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 springs of parsley
  • A pinch of salt

Method:

Mix together, in a bowl, the meat with the breadcrumbs, parmesan, eggs, a sprig of chopped parsley and salt until you get a smooth mixture. Spread the mixture out on a sheet of tin foil greased with oil and on top place the ham and caciocavallo cheese with a few parsley leaves. Draw together the edges of the mixture and wrap it well in the foil. Cook in the oven at 180° for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and it stand for 15 minutes. Slice and serve.
