Krustini with Chocolate and Nuts
Ingredients:
Ingredients for white dough:- 400 gr sugar
- 320 gr margarine
- 200 ml water
- 960 gr flour
- 20 gr Baking Powder
- 500 gr Lewz
- Vanilla
- 2 Lemons
- Flavouring
- 400 gr sugar
- 320 gr margarine
- 200 ml water
- 860 gr flour
- 100 gr cocoa powder
- Vanilla
- 2 lemons
Method:
1. Blend together the margarine, sugar, vanilla and lemon in a bowl.2. When you see that they are mixed well add the water and stir.
3. Add the flour, baking powder and flavouring.
4. Roll the dough.
5. Use the same method for the chocolate and blend the two mixture together in the form of a log.
6. Bake in the oven at a medium temperature.
7. When they're ready let them cool down and then cut into portions.
8. Continue baking for 5 to 10 more minutes .
