Feta stuffed pitta bread by Patricia Azzopardi
Ingredients:
- 1Medium wholemeal pitta, warmed and halved.
- 25g feta cheese, crumbled
- a few slices of red onion or spring onion or any type of onion.
- 1 tomato, halved or cut into wedges
- few slices of crispy lettuce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- black pepper to taste.
Method:
Mix all the stuffing ingredients together, then use to stuff the pitta bread..............Enjoy!Difficulty: Easy
