Ingredients:

  • 8 courgettes
  • 300g of minced veal
  • 50g of grated parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 3 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise, remove some of the pulp and put them to one side. In a bowl mix together well the minced meat, egg, parmesan, the pulp from the courgettes, and a little nutmeg. Add salt and pepper. Fill the courgettes with the mixture, place them in a Pyrex dish greased with oil, pour on the rest of the oil and cook in the oven, at a moderate temperature, for an hour.
