Ingredients:

  • 150gr fresh bacon
  • 200g white beans
  • 500ml water
  • 1tbs flour
  • 1tbs butter
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika

Method:

Cut bacon in small cubes and cook over a light flame, then add beans. Add half of the water and cook until beans become soft.

Add a little more water, making sure that the soup does not become too watery.

Blend in the flour and butter and season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Though this is not the usual kind of soup that many are used to, it still tastes delicious especially with the addition of the bacon to enhance its taste.
