Bean Soup (Soppa tal-Fazola)
Ingredients:
- 150gr fresh bacon
- 200g white beans
- 500ml water
- 1tbs flour
- 1tbs butter
- salt and pepper
- paprika
Method:
Cut bacon in small cubes and cook over a light flame, then add beans. Add half of the water and cook until beans become soft.Add a little more water, making sure that the soup does not become too watery.
Blend in the flour and butter and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
