Bacon Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
- 8 slices bacon (about 200g), diced, fried and well drained
- 200g cream cheese, cubed, room temperature
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 small onion very finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash hot sauce
Method:
Place bacon in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese Cheddar cheese, onion, and bacon. Place bowl in microwave, and cook 2 minutes. Remove, and stir well. Return to microwave, and cook 2 to 4 minutes more.
Serve warm with galletti or toasted bread
