Water Melon Sorbet

Ingredients:
- 5 cups of water melon, seeded & cubed
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 2 Egg, whites
Method:
Combine together the water and sugar in a saucepan. Boil over a medium heat until sugar dissolves. Chill until cold.Blend the water melon until smooth. Strain the fruit puree through a sieve into a clean bowl.
