Apple pie


Apple pie:
For the pastry: sieve 600g plain flour rub in 300g margarine then add 200g sugar , 3 eggs and vanilla form a dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
For the filling: peel and slice the apples put them in a saucepan add a little bit of water , some sugar , vanilla , whole cloves and cook for a few minuts.
