Roast citrus marinated chicken breast.

Sliced chicken breast marinated then roasted . Marinating makes the chicken breast more succulent & juicy as roast skinless chicken breast tends to be a bit dry.
4 sliced chicken breasts . For the marinade I used the juice of 3 oranges and 1 lemon,some orange & lemon zest,2 teaspoons mixed spice made of ginger,garlic,turmeric,cumin ,added crushed garlic cloves,salt ,pepper, mixed herbs and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Mix the marinade ingredients and mix with the sliced chicken breast and let it marinate for a few hours . Place in a baking dish and bake in a 180 C preheated oven . Take care not to overcook .
