A crushed biscuit base made with a packet of crushed almond biscuits and 1/2 cup melted butter and pressed on the base of a spring form tin.
Lemon meringue filling cream made using 2 packets and cooking according to the instructions ,I always add less water so its a thicker cream. Spreading the lemon cream over the biscuit base and letting it cool .
Then beating a tub of mascarpone and a packet of whipping cream ,adding sugar according to taste and some drops of butterscotch or lemon flavor. Decorate as desired then chill in the fridge until its time to serve.
