Banana,almond and oats cake .

This is not just an easy and fast cake to make but it is also healthy ,no oils or fats, just 1 egg and a small amount of sugar. It can be made with gluten free oats so ideal for those on a gluten free diet and the milk can be substituted for a lactose free alternative or apple juice.Even the raisins one can use whatever they fancy ,dried strawberries, berries, cranberries etc. It resembles a ‘pudina’ in texture . And one can have it for breakfast ,teatime or as a snack with out having guilty feelings 🙂
