Baked awrat in foil

Line a baking dish with foil. Put some chopped onions,sliced green pepper and tomatoes,chopped garlic,finely chopped parsley,mint and thyme ,chopped fresh chili,leave out if you do not like it spicy. 1/2 teaspoon cumin sprinkled ,ground pepper and salt a drizzle of oil and lemon juice. Prepare the fish season it ,I like to slit it all the way and open it skin facing down.
