    My mother used to make a dish called Timpana (not sure of the spelling) I recall we ate it when we visited Malta many years ago. It was pasta similar to Lasagna, served in a bowl and had a crispy top of layered pasta on it. I can’t find it on the site, and I don’t recall all the ingredients. Does anyone know how to make this, or the correct name of this?

    If you want to make timpana,just make macaroni in oven but you put pastry on the bottom and pastry on top ,that’s all im making timpana now
