  oh but the Kenwood I have is a kneader, not only food processor, and with the dough hook is really a great help, I use it to do other kind of leavened doughs and it really makes a difference 😉 with pizza or danubio ( a typical italian kind of stuffed bread…..here my first one, of course the worst 😛 https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1693489387300&set=a.1693234460927.95560.1539764652&type=1&theater ) or whatever else 😉 it makes a big difference with a mixer with blades 😉
