  • Fry 2 chopped onions in 1 tbsp oil.until soft and golden.Add 2 tbsps tomato paste and 1 tsp sugar.Fry for a minute and add 2 tins polpa season with salt and pepperand one vegetable cube.simmer for 30 mins.
    In a small bowl beat 3 eggs and add to the tomato sauce.cook over gentle heat until eggs are set.Yum yum!!Ideal for anybody on a diet and bored with salads!Serves 2.
