Watermelon sorbet!


Watermelon sorbet by Sandra Hammett

Roughly chop half a large watermelon, remove seeds.  Blend well.  Boil 1 mug sugar in 1 mug water till dissolved.  Cool.  Mix with the blended watermelon and freeze till solid.  Take out of freezer for about 15 before serving.
