Smoked salmon and prawn macaroni cheese!

In a pan cook one chopped onion and 500g chopped smoked salmon;  remove from heat add 3 tbs flour;  add one fish stock cube, and 500ml skimmed milk; put on a low heat and stir till a thick sauce forms.  Boil 500g penne and stir in the sauce; add 500g frozen thawed prawns; pour one mugful of milk onto the macaroni mix;  grate one white gbejna (goat cheeselet) and sprinkle on top;  bake in a moderate oven (160 fan electric/ 170 gas) for about 30 minutes or till golden brown.
