Slow cooked stuffed chicken
Filling: Mix together: 200g lean beef mince, 4 pork sausages (skin removed), 4 back bacon rashers, one finely chopped onion, a handful chopped parsley, seasoning, 1 egg to bind. Stuff the chicken with this filling, any left-over filling can be rolled into balls and put in the dish; season the chicken and cover with a few bacon rasher, drizzle with some soy sauce, and slow cook the stuffed chicken for around 5 hours. Use the juice to make into a gravy by adding 4 tsps chicken bisto dissolved in some hot water. Nice served with roast potatoes, and steamed veg.!
