Pulpetti tas-salamun (salmon patties)

Boil 5 chopped potatoes till soft;  drain;  in a processor chop the boiled potatoes, two small tins salmon, one small packet of smoked salmon,  one onion, the zest of half a lemon, a handful of basil, 2 tbs mayonnaise, 2 eggs;  season.  Form into patties and coat in breadcrumbs; shallow fry or bake till golden brown.
