Nutella and Peanut butter and jam cupcakes!


Nutella or Peanut butter and jam Cupcakes

Mix together in a beater:  250g soft margerine, 325g  plain flour sifted, 1 tbs bicarbonate of soda, 2 tsps baking powder, 250g sugar, 5 eggs, 5 tbs milk, some vanilla essence.  Beat till smooth.  Line a cupcake tin with cupcake paper cases.  Half-fill the cases with the batter; add one tsp of nutella in some, and one tsp each of peanut butter and strawberry jam in others;  top with more batter.  Bake in a pre-heated oven (175 fan electric) for about 20 minutes.
