Ingredients:

  • 1 small Maltese bread,cut of the top
    of the bread and pull out
  • the bread of the the inside. Put aside
  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced and 500gram
    frozen spinach
  • defrost chopped.

Method:

Squeeze the spinach and place it in a bowl add sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.

Mix together chill for 1 hour.

Pour in the bread ,

Cut the top and inside of the bread in small pieces for dipping.

This can be served with bread or as an appetizer. It can also be taken with some vegetables or put on a piece of meat.
