Method:
Fillet the anchovies and cut into small pieces.
Chop the garlic finely and brown in oil; after a few minutes add the anchovies, cook for 5 minutes, add the tomato sauce and continue to cook for a further 20 minutes.
A few minutes before removing from the heat add the salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Boil the spaghetti and dress with the anchovy ragù.
