Chilled Cucumber and Mint Soup

Ingredients:

  • 300g Cucumber
  • 50g Fresh Mint
  • Pinch Sea salt
  • 10ml Double Cream
  • Ice cubes
  • Salsa Verde
  • Pinch of carbonated of soda

Method:

    Blend all ingredients in a food processor apart the salsa verde and then garnish with salsa verde. It will be ready to serve.
