Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken weighing 1.2kg
  • 1 kg of fresh puréed tomato
  • 1 spoonful of margarine
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 onion – 1 carrot

Method:

Cut the chicken into large pieces. Put the margarine into a pan and fry, for a few minutes, the celery, carrot and onion (all cut into large pieces). Add the chicken and brown it. Add the puréed tomatoes and oil, stir and cook for about an hour. Place the chicken on a serving dish with the sauce and serve hot.
