Humus – Chickpea Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 large cans of chickpeas, drained
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper

Method:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 2 or 3 minutes
Serve chilled.
