Penne tricolore with bolognaise sauce

Penne tricolore with bolognaise sauce:

Chop and fry some garlic , onion , carrots , minced beef then pour some red wine , beef stoke , chop tomato , tomato paste and oregano. When it boils lower the temperature and let it simmer for 30min.
