Doughnut sticks

Doughnut sticks :
In a pan pour 400ml water , 2 tablespoon oil , 20g sugar and vanilla and bring to boil . Then mix 260g self raising flour and stir with a wooden spoon you should have a stiff sticky dough . Then heat vegetable oil to 170c in a fryer, then roll the dough into longish sticks and fry to 3 to 5 min until golden crispy. Then toss with caster sugar and cinnamon .
