Sweet ricotta & strawberries tart

I used a store bought ready rolled puff pastry and left it on the grease proof paper and put it in a pie dish. Wash the strawberries and gently blot dry,slice themDSCF2350 DSCF2343 DSCF2344 DSCF2346 then mix with some strawberry jam or a tablespoonful of sugar.
For the filling mix 1 cup ricotta ,1/2 cup mascarpone,I sweetned it with some honey or you can sugar sweetening it according to taste and beat with 4 egg yolks , I mixed in some chocolate chips. (grated lemon zest can be used instead of the choc chips) Put the mixture in the pastry . Put the strawberry mixture over the ricotta and turn the pastry edges inwards over the filling . Sprinkle some sugar over the pastry and bake in a preheated 175 C oven until the ricotta feels firm. Take out and let it cool completely before serving.
