Summer Berries Gateaux

I made this gateaux using a yogurt cake .
In a bowl sift 13/4 cups flour with a pinch of salt and 11/2 tsps baking powder.In another bowl or jug mix 1 cup yogurt of mixed berries DSCF9657 DSCF9607 DSCF9608 DSCF9609 DSCF9640,1/3 cup olive oil,1/4 cup lemon juice,grated rind of 1 lemon and 2 eggs. Mix well. To the flour mix in 1 cup sugar then beat in the yogurt mixture until no flour is visible. Put batter in a spring form tin and bake in a 180 C oven until its firm,check with a skewer.
I mixed some lemon juice and honey and while still hot from the oven I pricked holes in it then poured the lemon juice and honey.I put a layer of Mascarpone and whipping cream sweetened with some sugar ,then a layer of summer fruits jam. Topped with the cream . Then in a small sauce pan I mixed a packet of strawberry jelly(half packet of the sugar free that come in twin packets ) with 150ml water and when the jelly dissolved I let it cool a bit then I put on the cake. Decorated with toasted almond slivers and chilled well in the fridge until ready to serve.
