Strawberry ,banana,chocolate & oat crumble


Sift 11/2 cups self raising flour in a bowl ,mix in 1 cup sugar,1 teaspoon cinnamon ,1and 1/2 cups oats Rub in 1 cup of butter.In a small bowl or jug whisk together 3/4 cup of yogurt ,2 eggs and 1/2 teaspoon each of vanilla and almond extract. Pour the yogurt ,eggs mixture over the flour ,oat mixture and beat with a spoon until it is a batter. Put in a greased 12 X 9 in dish.Put sliced bananas ,strawberries and chopped chocolate or bits on top.
In a small bowl mix 1 cup of oats ,1/4 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of butter,1 tablespoon of milk and a pinch of cinnamon. Crumble this topping over the top pressing it lightly over the fruit.
Bake in a 175 C oven for about 30 minutes. If the top browns and the cake is not yet done cover the top with foil . Check with a skewer to see if cake is done. Let it cool then cut into squares or slices to serveDSCF3538 DSCF3534 DSCF3535 DSCF3536 DSCF3537
